The Cradle of Liberty

A few pictures from my drive through Maryland, Pennsylvania (through the Poconos!),
New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

I hit some traffic (even though I purposefully avoided NYC) so it took 10hrs.

The next three photos are from the most picturesque college campus
in the US: Wellesley College. Also the top women's college. WOW!
My photos do not even begin to do this campus justice.

My buddy lives pretty close to Harvard, so we walked around
the campus that evening. Everything is within walking distance,
so you just see a million people on foot!

The Cambridge ward building that burnt down last week. We had church
at the Episcopal Divinity School Chapel across the street!

This house was once George Washington's headquarters.

The Dunster House at Harvard across the Charles

Joseph wrote a story that was published in a magazine...

The next few photos were from a really quaint alleyway.
They even had real gas lamps!

We stepped into the Granary Burying Ground, one of the oldest (1660) cemeteries
in Boston. Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Paul Revere, Ben Franklin's parents
and some of the victims of the Boston Massacre are buried here.

Along with Mother Goose.

The site of the Boston Massacre is to the left of this building.

"Remember" - Here are a few pictures from the Holocaust Memorial

Boston Market!

The Old North Church, where Paul Revere's lanterns hung to warn
of the British movements: one if by land, two if by sea.
